Sharpening Pond

Banish blunt blades

More Information

If you’ve ever dreamt of sharpening your kitchen knives in unusual places – or you just need a clever way to keep your sharpening kit tidy – this sharpening pond might be the thing for you.

Although whet doesn’t mean wet, if you want to sharpen a knife with a whetstone, you need to make it wet. Confused? Luckily this clever box makes it all so much simpler.

It has a generous reservoir to hold all the water you’ll need, a raised, rubberised plinth to hold your stone (sold separately - see “Spares & Accessories”, adjacent) and a carry-handled lid which stays firmly in place with two sliding catches, so you can store and transport your set-up without spillages.

In a busy kitchen, it’s a convenient, ever-ready solution to the bane of blunt knives.
