Pine Pruning Workshop

A two day practical workshop close to Shaftesbury studying Japanese training and pruning techniques of pines.

The June sessions look specifically at midoritsumi - pinching out of buds, while September looks at momiage - the thinning and needle plucking. Both days cover training and general pruning, and include both P. sylvestris and P. nigra, as well as the relevant tools and equipment needed.
