Product description
From Ivy League preppies to Spike Island ravers, bucket hats have shaded and protected brains and bouffants for generations. Originating with outdoor labourers, the simple, effective design is very much back in fashion – if you care about such things – and as effective as ever at keeping the sun and rain off all 360 degrees of your bonce.
Made in Kyoto, Japan from shrink-resistant 10oz Hanpu canvas: the good stuff.
Available in two sizes, because nobody wants a badly-fitting hat, and two colours, to match your jacket/mood/bag/favourite flower.
Hiyoke means ‘sun shade’, by the way.
Best usage
When not in use, roll it up and stuff it in your pocket, like an oversized pocket square.
