Originating with outdoor labourers, the simple, effective design is very much back in fashion – if you care about such things – and as effective as ever at keeping the sun and rain off all 360 degrees of your bonce.

Made in Kyoto, Japan from shrink-resistant 10oz Hanpu canvas: the good stuff.

Available in two sizes, because nobody wants a badly-fitting hat, and two colours, to match your jacket/mood/bag/favourite flower.

Hiyoke means ‘sun shade’, by the way.
