Hiba Chopsticks

Crafted from sustainably harvested Hiba trees (Thujopsis dolabrata) from the mountains of the Noto peninsula in Ishikawa prefecture, Japan. Hiba wood has a lovely weight and softness to it, and is rich in the anti-bacterial hinokitiol. They start off with quite a rich smell, but quieten down quickly. Unvarnished. Hand wash only - keep away from the dishwasher
