Ajigataya is the workshop name for 4th generation blacksmith Mutsumi Hinoura, working for his dad, the very well renowned knifemaker Tsukasa Hinoura in Sanjo city, Niigata. Mutsumi’s utility hunting knife is a real gem, and simplicity itself - a beautifully forged 5" blade with a 5" white oak handle. The perfect size, weight and balance for a great utility and small sized hunting knife, with a heavy duty leather sheath.
Best usage
There’s no bolster guard on this kind of knife - watch out.
