Suitable for use on induction hobs up to 200V* as well as direct heat ranges, it has a folding handle and a wide lid, making it easy to fill and clean. Would make an especially stylish addition to anyone’s camping kit.
If you’re thinking of using this kettle for pour-over coffee, Japanese-style, we advise waiting for one minute after the water has boiled to allow the agitation to settle and let the water cool slightly to optimum temperature (c.93° Celsius / 200 Fahrenheit).
* In the UK most induction hobs will be rated at 240V. In tests we have found that the kettle continues to work without any issues at this voltage except that the stainless steel discolours. If you are concerned about this, please use only on a gas hob
