Online orders
Imagine choosing the perfect present but not receiving it in time? We can’t bear the thought of anyone moping in their shed on Christmas Day, so please pay attention to the following last orders times and dates:
UK MAINLAND
STANDARD SERVICE:
Royal Mail Tracked 48® – 4pm, Friday 20 December
(delivery aim: 23 December)
PRIORITY SERVICES:
Various services – 1pm, Friday 20 December
(delivery aim: 22/23 December)
Or, if you’re feeling lucky/risky – 1pm Monday 23 December
(delivery aim 24 December)
Ladders (usually delivered within 10 working days) : Wednesday 18 December
REST OF THE WORLD
Our best sensible estimate is 1pm (UK time) on Monday 16 December
You might be ok if you leave it until the 19 December, but that’s cutting it fine.
UK to East Coast USA can be just 2-3 working days, but we usually recommend 7-10 working days. Unfortunately there’s no accounting for the vagaries of customs. In short – please order as soon as you can! Please bear in mind, these are the times and dates we have been supplied by our various carriers, but once the parcel leaves Niwaki HQ it’s in the hands of the parcel gods. It goes without saying, but if possible please don’t leave it to the last minute … just in case.
